Home Care in Haringey and North London — Personalised Support in Your Own Home
Remaining in the comfort and familiarity of your own home while receiving the exact support you need is one of the most effective ways to protect independence, dignity, and overall quality of life. At Pottersliving Ltd, we provide trusted, person-centred domiciliary care tailored around the unique routines, preferences, and wellbeing of every individual across North London.
What Is Domiciliary Care?
Domiciliary care, commonly known as home care, is regulated personal care provided directly within a person's private residence. Unlike moving into a residential care home, home care allows you or your loved one to stay in familiar surroundings, close to family, pets, and local communities, while receiving dedicated professional assistance with day-to-day living and personal care tasks.
Pottersliving Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to deliver the regulated activity of Personal Care, giving families complete peace of mind that our services meet strict national standards for safety, compassion, and quality.

What We Do Not Provide — Clear Scope of Service
Pottersliving Ltd is registered with the CQC specifically to provide regulated Personal Care. To ensure complete clarity and clinical safety, there are medical procedures outside our scope:
- We do not provide clinical nursing care, invasive clinical procedures, or specialized psychiatric crisis assessments.
- We do not carry out wound care or sterile dressing changes.
- We do not administer injections such as insulin or IV therapy.
- We do not manage PEG feeding, stoma care, or tracheostomy maintenance.
Whenever healthcare needs extend beyond personal care, our team works closely with NHS community teams, GPs, district nurses, and palliative specialists to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
Quality Assurance, Safety, and Regular Reviews
We believe exceptional care relies on rigorous standards, accountability, and open communication:
- Regular Care Plan Reviews: Formal reviews take place at least once every six months, or immediately whenever an individual's care needs change.
- Open Family Communication: Continuous dialogue with clients, appointed representatives, and families to ensure transparency.
- Management Oversight: Unannounced spot checks, direct staff supervision, and regular service audits conducted by our leadership team.
- Proactive Learning: Transparent incident reporting processes that inform ongoing staff training and practice improvements.
- Listening to Feedback: We actively welcome compliments, suggestions, and concerns to continually refine and elevate the care we deliver.
