Compassionate Support - Comfortable Living
End-of-Life Care Compassionate, Dignified Personal Care
For many people, the most important wish at the end of life is to remain at home in familiar surroundings, with the people they love. We support that wish. We provide compassionate, dignified personal care for people in the final weeks and months of life across North London — working in close partnership with NHS palliative teams, hospice services, GPs and families to ensure the very best end-of-life experience.

What Is End-of-Life Care?
Compassionate personal care at home during the final phase of life — not nursing or clinical care. We partner with NHS palliative teams, hospice services, district nurses and GPs

Who We Support
Adults 18–65 and 65+ with dementia, mental health, physical disability, sensory impairment, frailty, acquired brain injury, end-of-life needs

What We Provide
Personal hygiene, mouth care, repositioning, continence, meals, medication prompting, night care, companionship, family respite, and palliative team liaison

Our Approach
The person's wishes are central to everything. ACP, DNAR, and ReSPECT plans are followed. Consistent carers, cultural and spiritual needs are honoured, family kept informed, and dignity maintained always.

The Five Priorities of Care at End of Life
We align our end-of-life care delivery with the five national priorities:
1. The possibility that someone may be dying is recognised and communicated
2. Sensitive communication takes place between staff, the dying person and family
3. The dying person is involved in decisions about their care
4. Family and carers are supported
5. A personalised care plan is agreed, co-ordinated and delivered
